Job Title Product Owner Consumer Interaction Job Description As part of Tribe Tech4Engineering, you’ll join one of eight closely connected areas operating as a unified team. Together, we deliver managed, standardized, and high-quality services that enable 8000+ engineers and other related roles in IT to focus on what matters most - delivering business value.

Within this context, Nexa acts as the central ecosystem in Rabobank’s technology landscape. It empowers squads to deliver value faster by providing a single starting point for insights, standardized solutions, and collaboration. The Consumer Interaction area plays a pivotal role within this ecosystem by simplifying the end-to-end engineering journey.

By bringing user insights to the forefront, translating them into seamless experiences, and actively driving change and adoption of standardized services, the area ensures solutions are easy to discover, use, and continuously improve. By understanding the impact of change on our users and engaging them through the journey, we help new ways of working become successfully embedded across the engineering community.

It enables engineers and related roles to start strong, work efficiently, and deliver impact from day one - contributing to a more predictable, scalable, and value-driven IT organization. You & your role As a Product Owner, you will work together with other Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and over 30 engineers, business analysts, designers and marketing specialists that together shape a diverse and engaging working environment.

A Product Owner is part of an autonomous multidisciplinary team that is end-to-end responsible for their products and services.

Define and evolve a clear, value-driven product vision aligned with user needs, market trends, and business objectives Champion the voice of the consumer and take end-to-end delivery ownership, including compliance, risk, and service quality, adoption and sustainable value realisation. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to set priorities, create alignment and commitment to change, and drive informed, outcome-focused decisions Own a value-driven roadmap, balance discovery and delivery, and make strategic trade-offs across dependencies Drive the people side of change by understanding impact and readiness, engaging with affected stakeholders and user groups, addressing resistance and translating change into sustained, embedded adoption.
