This requires the completion of the Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire, ATF Form 5400.28. This form h as several Yes/No questions about the individuals background, including – Are you under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year?

Main Duties Oversee & supervise the wire line operations on a well site Insure JSA’s, field tickets & all associated paperwork is kept up to date Interact & communicate with well site leaders & safety representatives Operate wireline unit & insure crew is maintaining & servicing equipment assigned to him.
