This is a full-time role that will support a growing payroll function and work closely with our Senior Payroll Specialists on a variety of payroll-related activities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid payroll foundation who is eager to continue developing their skills and take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time.
The Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, payroll tax activities, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and other payroll-related projects. This is not a data-entry-focused position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities while supporting the broader payroll team.
