WISCO Trucking is hiring experienced Class A Water Haulers to safely transport fresh and produced water to and from drilling and production sites across the Bakken.

Pay & Incentives $2,800 weekly average gross $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified drivers Percentage pay positions available at 26% Paid biweekly (every other Friday) Personal assigned truck Flexible home-time scheduling Job Duties Safely transport fresh and produced water using Class A tankers Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure DOT and OSHA compliance Coordinate with dispatch, rig crews, and field supervisors to schedule deliveries efficiently Safely load and unload water, following spill-prevention protocols Monitor tankers during transport to maintain secure fluid levels Operate specialized equipment, including pump trucks and vacuum trailers Support environmental safety by adhering to all company and regulatory standards Job Requirements 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A Bakken water hauling experience (required) 2 years of verifiable Class A oilfield tanker experience (required) Tanker endorsement required ; Hazmat endorsement a plus Current DOT medical certificate Acceptable MVR/PSP and background check status Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical stamina screen Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible 1st of the month after 30 days) Employer-paid life insurance Disability, AD&D, and supplemental insurance options Matching 401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 90 days) Well-maintained fleet with 3 shops and 12 skilled mechanics in North Dakota WISCO Trucking provides responsible environmental solutions and high-paying freight options for our drivers.
