Consumer Experience Generalist, Sennheiser

6-month fixed-term contract Current office location: Marlow, UK Hybrid with future full remote possibility. At Sennheiser Consumer Hearing, we design and deliver premium audio products, including award-winning headphones, earbuds and soundbars used by consumers around the world. We’re looking for a Consumer Experience Generalist to join our Consumer Experience team (EMEA) and support a range of day-to-day operational and administrative activities to help keep our consumer experience running smoothly.

This hands-on role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, following different processes and moving between a variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities

Carry out accurate data entry and maintain complete, up-to-date records across different systems Support ecommerce transaction reconciliation, checking information and identifying discrepancies Review records for missing information or exceptions and follow up as needed Contact consumers to obtain missing information or documentation Coordinate with service teams to help resolve cases and keep them moving Support with basic consumer enquiries and tickets during peak periods Help identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve our processes What you'll bring: Strong data entry skills and attention to detail A structured, process-focused approach Flexibility to switch between tasks and priorities Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly A self-starter who can work independently Confidence working with data and multiple systems Practical problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills What we offer: The opportunity to be a part of a globally recognised premium audio brand and contribute to the experience we deliver to consumers across EMEA A supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities to work with international stakeholders across the business Hands-on experience across a variety of operational and administrative activities, broadening your knowledge of ecommerce and consumer support processes.
