Job description
The Facilities Manager will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor performance, capital repair and replacement projects, construction support, CMMS administration, facilities budgets, and asset lifecycle management. This position partners closely with Operations, Property Management, Finance, and Construction to develop and execute strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce operating costs, minimize restaurant downtime, and maximize the long-term value of company assets.
