Trade Show & Expo Producer - Account Executive

The following position is currently available: Event & Custom Exhibit Manager/Producer Account Executive – Expos, Events & Exhibits. This is a project leadership position with a great opportunity for growth in an exciting field and company. The perfect fit will be a dynamic, creative, and experienced event professional who can lead a variety of projects related to event production, custom exhibits, and client account management.

Projects may include custom exhibit programs, expositions, trade shows, corporate events, parties and galas, meetings, and other special events. The successful applicant will have relevant industry experience, post-secondary education, extraordinary customer service skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a demonstrated level of creativity.

Responsibilities

Maintain a creative, fun, solution-oriented, and positive approach to all projects. Manage the contract fulfillment stages of event, exhibit, and account activities and personnel. Distribute and communicate project information clearly to multiple departments. Calculate and propose budgets and bids for planned events and custom exhibit projects.

Research and identify successful event, exhibit, and business development opportunities. Maintain an event, exhibit, and account pipeline. Manage project deadlines and product fulfillment milestones throughout the complete event and exhibit lifecycle. Coordinate custom exhibit projects from concept through installation, including design, graphics, fabrication, logistics, and client communication.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and create opportunities for new event and exhibit acquisitions. Manage, propose, and contribute to the creation of event, exhibit, and proposal materials. Lead multiple projects simultaneously. Direct run of show on event days and oversee all supporting responsibilities.

Coordinate exhibit installations, dismantles, and onsite project execution. Lead show standards and maintain quality customer service under pressure. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning, event sales, account management, custom exhibits, trade shows, or other related fields. Strong project and contract management skills. Ability to work well within and/or lead a team setting. Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

Understanding of event production, trade show operations, and custom exhibit development processes. Deadline and detail-oriented. Ability and willingness to travel. Other: Bonus possible based on KPI's met and other performance goals and evaluations.
