Job description

Position Summary:

Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract.

Duties:

Offices: Dust, Clean Tables, Clean Windows and Windowsills and Empty Trash
Floors: Sweep, Mop and/or Vacuum, Remove Spots in Carpet, Use Floor Equipment as Needed
Restrooms: Clean, Sanitize, Clean Mirrors, Remove Trash
Restock all Required Supplies in Each Area
Lobby: Dust, Wipe Stainless Steel, Clean Windows and Windowsills, Remove Trash
Entrance and Exit Doors: Clean Windows, Clean Windowsills, Sanitize Door Handles, Vacuum Mats, Sweep Around Doors and Clean Threshold
Conference Room: Dust, Remove Trash and Clean Windows
Breakrooms: Dust, Wipe Tables, Clean Out Refrigerators, Clean Coffee Pots, Clean Microwaves, Clean Windows, Remove Trash
Cleaning Solutions: Prepare All Cleaning Solutions to Manufacturers Guidelines
Processes and Procedures: Use Manufacturers Guidelines in the Handling of all Cleaning Solutions to Prevent Damage to Floors and Fixtures

Background Check
Drug Testing
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to lift 40 pounds during the entire shift
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Must be capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
Must be able to operate floor cleaning equipment
Must be detailed oriented
Must have reliable transportation arrangements to arrive at work on time
Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
Must have strong communication skills
Must be respectful to others
Must be willing to work a weekend shift on occasion
Must be willing to wear all required PPE
Must adhere to all safety protocols
