• Pulaski Elementary School September 24, 2026 Job Summary: Work with regular classroom teachers and Title I teachers to provide supplementary assistance in reading and math to students who are not making sufficient academic progress. Pay Band: $35.00 Job Classification: Part-Time Work Agreement through the remainder of 26-27 School Year Reports to: Principal Education: High School Diploma-Required, Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution-Preferred Certifications: Collegiate Professional-Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Ability to work and plan with multiple classroom teachers on different grade levels. Exhibits strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain assessment data to parents. Experience and expertise in using technology in education. Demonstrates professionalism and contributes to a positive work environment. Task and time management skills. Maintains acceptable attendance record and is punctual.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Follows provided lesson plans and work with at-risk students to help them master reading, language, and math skills utilizing various research-based teaching strategies. Maintain an effective system of monitoring and tracking student progress and reporting to appropriate teachers and administrators. Works collaboratively with other staff/tutors.

Maintains confidentiality of students in accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) Complies with all PCPS district policies.
