Facility Maintenance

Summary/Objective: The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility, grounds, and building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Essential Functions

Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Conduct preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment, building systems, and grounds. Repair and maintain doors, windows, lighting, walls, flooring, and other building components. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.

Maintain exterior grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, litter removal, and snow removal for multiple sites. Respond to maintenance work orders Maintain maintenance records and complete documentation accurately. Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. #ZR
