Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations

You will manage complex initiatives involving threat intelligence partnerships, AI model programs, and high-visibility strategic engagements. The position sits at the intersection of intelligence, detection, engineering, research, and AI, giving you broad organizational visibility. You will create structure across ambiguous and fast-moving initiatives, establishing clear milestones, success criteria, governance, and delivery rhythms.

Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable plans. You will work closely with engineering, product, security, marketing, legal, research, and external partners to drive measurable outcomes. This is a remote U.
