Starting Pay: $55.00/hour (increases with experience) Pharmacist Opportunity: Full-time, direct-hire position Day and night shifts available The Pharmacist prepares and dispenses drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols Interprets drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribes/verifies into computerized patient medication record accurately; maintains, accurate, complete patient drug record Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals including non-sterile and sterile products, chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition products accurately if applicable Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law and institutional policies Pharmacist Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required Hospital or retail experience highly preferred The Surrounding Community: Offers a mix of southern hospitality, outdoor wetlands, and vibrant entertainment Annual festivals featuring parades, cook-offs, dancing, and more Plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities with lake-access, premier freshwater and saltwater sports, hunting, fishing, etc.
