- Other Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our PwC ETIC Team. The role involves working in a cross-functional, agile environment supporting digital product implementations and enhancements, customer-facing platforms and backend integrations. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, market teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and high-quality implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria Manage and refine backlog items using Jira Maintain structured documentation in Confluence Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, and user journeys (e.
g., via draw.io) Support end-to-end requirement traceability Coordinate across frontend, backend, and integration teams Perform and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Analyze system behaviors, logs, and API interactions where required Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality Contribute to continuous improvement within agile delivery streams Required Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Proven experience writing structured and testable user stories Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions Background in Financial Services (banking, leasing, automotive finance, insurance, etc.)
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Technical & Tooling Experience Required: Jira Confluence Process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io) Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Nice to Have: Adobe Analytics Data. Dog (log analysis / monitoring) Cloud.
