LPN Charge Nurse - Day Shift PRN and Night Shift PRN

Description The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse position is to provide direct nursing care to residents as a member of an interdisciplinary team of care providers and to plan, supervise and evaluate the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Requirements

Must possess an LPN degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved diploma program. Experience: Must have a minimum of one (1) year of nursing leadership experience in a clinical setting. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility.

Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
