Medical Technologist
Job description
The Medical Technologist (MT) works in collaboration with the veterinary staff and the Pathology team to provide Angell clientele with high quality clinical and anatomical laboratory services. These laboratory services include various technical, customer service, computer entry, clerical related procedures, specimen processing and low to high complexity laboratory testing procedures.
It also includes providing procedure related information in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, specimen requirements and other related laboratory areas as requested on patient specimens, control materials and proficiency samples.
