What you get to do: This position is responsible for wash, fold, press linens and terry. Provide customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner. Your day-to-day: Washing of all dirty towels Folding towels and stocking on shelves Pick up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures Clearing the chute of any dirty linen Stock amenity table for afternoon Greet any and all guests with a "Good Morning" (or afternoon, evening) Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways or back of the house to the lost and found Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner Qualifications: Specific experience we're seeking: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Less than high school education; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. EDUCATION

Prior experience required. Depending on the role degree may be required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
