Project Financial & Performance Analyst

Mac. More is seeking a full-time Project Financial & Performance Analyst to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). Location Washington, DC | Full-time Key Responsibilities Support financial and performance management for delivery or Government customer projects and portfolios.

Maintain budgets, funding records, forecasts, burn rates, invoice-review information, schedules, and recurring performance reports. Reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and prepare findings for experienced review or Government action. Entry assignments include PPM Analyst and ACES Program Financial Analyst / Controller Support responsibilities.

Mid-level PPM assignments include independent analysis, exception resolution, review of junior analysts’ work, and stakeholder coordination. Corporate Finance retains financial oversight and approval authority for ACES internal financial support.

Responsibilities

Spreadsheet analysis, data reconciliation, financial tracking, and clear reporting. Accurate supporting records and appropriate handling of sensitive information. Skills and independence appropriate to the assigned level. Proposed education target: relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent. Controller-level expertise is not expected of Entry financial-support candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

0–2 years of relevant experience; 4+ years of federal project financial or performance management experience Target base salary: $65,000- 100,000 Maintain records Check data Reconcile routine items Prepare recurring reports under experienced review. Independently analyze budgets Forecasts funding Resolve performance exceptions Review junior work Coordinate stakeholders.

Federal portfolio assignments require working knowledge of appropriations and interagency funding Forecasting contract funding ASSIST/UFT experience preferred.
