Responsibilities
Responsibilities:• Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.• Supervision of subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems.• Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.• Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site.
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.• Schedule and arrrange external audits and promotion activities for the Company / Site.• Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.• Review management systems of the company / site for continual improvement.
• Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Requirements:• University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline.• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry.• Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage.• Auditor training in quality management systems.• Proficient in quality requirements in the industry.
• Proficient in relevant international standards in quality.• Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments.• Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese. Apply now
