Server Job Description Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703 We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and drinks
