Dealership: L0379 BMW of Sterling BMW/MINI of Sterling Hiring: BMW Service Technician Pay: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on a flat-rate compensation structure. What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles Perform quality repairs and test-drive vehicles when needed Accurately document work and track labor time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete required training and maintain certifications Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer standards Communicate effectively with team members and customers Report safety or operational concerns to management promptly What You'll Bring 3+ years of automotive technician experience required BMW/MINI certification highly preferred ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Solid automotive repair and diagnostic background Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $23.

00 to $50.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
