Capture & Business Development Analyst

The Capture Analyst supports Spry’s pursuits from early identification through proposal handoff, with most of the work focused on research, capture planning, and pre-proposal writing. This role turns agency, incumbent, and competitor information into capture briefs and bid/no-bid inputs the Director can act on. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can work across DoD, Federal Civilian, and National Security pursuits at once.

This is a step-up role for someone ready to own pieces of capture on a small team that is still shaping how it works. The Analyst shares pipeline sourcing with the Director and Coordinator, supports teaming and price-to-win, and hands pursuits off cleanly once a bid decision is made.
