What you will be doing:

Pick up and drop off staff from their place of residence to C-Care Tamarin .

Purchase, dispatch and transport supplies for the maintenance department whenever necessary.

Accompany finance staff to the bank for deposits, dispatch and collection of documents and attend post office on a daily basis .

Timely dispatch documents whenever necessary in different locations (Ministries, Economic Development Board, Passport Office, Bank, Insurance and Ciel Limited) and keep records appropriately in dispatch books.

Drop specimens / samples for laboratory analysis and collect results as and when required from Candos / Green Cross / Ville Soeur Laboratories, and Government Laboratories ( Réduit ).

Ensure company cars attend servicing and maintenance as and when required .

Transfer and registration of vehicles, payment of insurance and road tax as well as fitness .

What are we looking for?

School Certificate

Valid driving license for private car and heavy vehicle (Lorry and Bus) with at least 1-5 years’ experience

Team player with excellent customer care skills

Ability to cope with a busy environment
