JOIN OUR FAMILY where People are Paramount. #LHGWhereYouBelong Core Responsibilities: Open the brand-new Tempo by Hilton hotel in Spring 2027. You will be responsible for building a team from scratch and adhering to Hilton standards. Generate maximum financial and operational performance within the company direction and established policies and procedures.

Develop and nurture a team of Management and Line Staff members directed toward achieving the hotel’s goals and priorities. Fully implement and utilize the integrated goal planning and performance appraisal processes. Provide first-rate hospitality to every guest. Lead the hotel in an entrepreneurial fashion. Focus on opportunities to build and expand our business volume.

Ensure compliance with HR, safety, security, and risk management standards. Hold leadership teams accountable for fostering associate engagement, overseeing training, managing performance, and driving robust succession planning. Actively manage guest recovery scores and online reputation. Maintain and support the organization's professional image and high ethics.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry. General Manager experience preferred. Hilton Hotel Brand experience preferred. Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful manner. Proven track record of meeting budgets, understanding P&L statements, and cost controls. Sales and Revenue Management experience preferred Excellent communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year. The actual base salary offer will be determined in good faith based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized skills, qualifications, and geographic location within Virginia. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
