Maintenance team members rotate on-call responsibilities, which generally results in being on call for approximately one week per month. Candidates must be willing and able to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when assigned to the rotation schedule. 🌟 What Makes a Great Maintenance Technician at Spring Haven? Qualifications

⭐ Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following environments is highly desirable: Senior Living Communities Apartment Communities Assisted Living Facilities Independent Living Communities Skilled Nursing Facilities Hotels and Hospitality Commercial Facilities Healthcare Facilities Multifamily Housing Additional experience is a plus: Drywall repair and finishing Interior painting Plumbing repairs Electrical troubleshooting Carpentry Flooring repairs Appliance repair Lock and hardware repairs HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting Preventive maintenance programs Experience working in a large community, campus environment, apartment community, healthcare facility, or similarly sized property is highly preferred.
