Import Analyst

Responsible for providing an Excellent Customer Service on Import shipments, analyzing and optimizing Import operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Acts as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication, as well as coordinating with Consignees/Customers and overseas offices to ensure smooth execution of Import shipments.

Provides support in developing proposals, recommends process improvements, and assists in the implementation of solutions.
