YOUR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT Gross Weekly Pay: $1,604 Taxable Hourly Pay: $10.00/hour Taxable Weekly Wages: $400/week based on 40 hours Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,204/week, subject to eligibility Overtime Rate: $40.00/hour Contract Duration: 26 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week PAY PACKAGE BREAKDOWN $10.00/hour × 40 hours = $400 taxable weekly wages $400 taxable weekly wages + $1,204 travel stipend = $1,604 gross weekly YOUR SHIFT 2nd Shift (Evenings): 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT This Commonwealth of Pennsylvania opportunity is based within a secure correctional healthcare environment in Camp Hill. You'll work alongside licensed nursing professionals and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide appropriate nursing care while following established clinical procedures and correctional facility security protocols. Correctional healthcare requires nurses who can remain professional, adaptable, and focused while providing safe, respectful care within a secure environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct nursing care within the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and permitted within scope.
• Monitor patient health and report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing assessments appropriate to the LPN role.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Follow established clinical, infection-prevention, security, and facility protocols.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries within the correctional environment.
• Provide professional, patient-centered care within a secure healthcare setting. TRAVEL ELIGIBILITY This position is being offered as a TRAVEL LPN assignment only . Your permanent tax-home address must be more than 50 miles from the assignment facility to meet Heartline Staffing's travel-distance policy. Tax-free stipend eligibility is separately subject to applicable tax-home and IRS requirements. Requirements

Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Ability to provide nursing care within a secure correctional healthcare environment. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a secure environment. Ability to maintain professionalism in a challenging healthcare setting.

Availability for second shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. Ability to commit to the 26-week assignment. Ability to successfully complete required background checks and clearances. Ability to meet applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and correctional facility requirements prior to placement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous correctional healthcare experience, including jail or prison nursing. Previous psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience. Knowledge of correctional facility protocols and safety procedures. Current BLS/CPR certification. Bilingual communication abilities. TRAVEL COMPENSATION ELIGIBILITY Travel stipend eligibility depends on the consultant's tax home and applicable IRS requirements.
