Therapist Associate/Licensed - Ware BH

Location: Ware BH Closing date: Open until filled Salary: Commensurate with education and credentials ***$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.

***Job Description: Provides assessments and therapy to adult clients in clinic. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services.

Job Responsibilities

Will work Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM. Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crises intervention techniques.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position. Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).Free clinical supervision available Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points.

Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
