About Len. Den. Club Len. Den. Club is a leading Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending platform in India, leveraging technology to connect borrowers and lenders seamlessly. We are looking for driven individual performers to join our growing collection team. Role Overview As a Collection Associate, you will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate collection records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

● Reach out to customers with overdue accounts via phone calls, emails, and messages to secure payments. ● Understand customer payment delays and provide realistic resolution options or payment plans within guidelines. ● Maintain clear, precise, and updated logs of customer interactions in the CRM software. ● Monitor regular payment tracking sheets using basic Excel tools.

● Coordinate with internal risk and operations teams to escalate persistent collection issues. ● Meet daily and monthly collection targets while strictly adhering to compliance and code of conduct.

Requirements

& Qualifications ● Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-collections, recovery, or customer support (preferably in P2P, Fintech, Banking, or NBFCs). ● Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream. ●Skills: ○ Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional languages are a plus).

○ Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filters) and CRM tools. ○ Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
