From Vision to Operational System Your Role & Responsibilities Developing technical solutions, system architectures, and specifications for sophisticated ground-based and mobile air defense systems Technical leadership for development projects or individual work packages within complex system environments Analyzing, defining, and coordinating hardware, software, and operational requirements in modular systems Monitoring technological developments and evaluating and integrating innovative technologies and components Planning, executing, and evaluating verification and testing activities at the component, system, and overall system levels Developing safety and security concepts and supporting their implementation throughout the entire development cycle Required Technical and Professional Expertise A successfully completed degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field (ETH, university of applied sciences, or university) Several years of practical experience in the development and integration of complex technical systems A strong hands-on approach and a structured, solution-oriented work style Strong communication skills, intercultural understanding, and a passion for collaborating in interdisciplinary teams Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), for example using CAMEO, as well as experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, is a plus Military experience or a security-related background is desirable
