PMO Analyst

As a PMO Analyst at Heathrow, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects that shape the airport’s future. You will help ensure that programmes run efficiently, providing insight and analysis that enable informed decisions. This role is central to maintaining high standards of governance and performance across our portfolio, contributing to Heathrow’s goal of delivering exceptional journeys for passengers and partners.

Supporting project and programme teams with planning, reporting, and performance tracking. Maintaining accurate project data and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance. Analysing project performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Preparing reports and dashboards that support decision-making and governance reviews.

Coordinating updates across teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment. Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools. Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret and present data clearly to different audiences. Experience using project management tools and reporting systems.

Constructive and flexible approach to managing multiple priorities. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Understanding of project governance and performance management principles. Ideally you’ll also have Experience in a large, complex organisation or infrastructure environment.

Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks or methodologies.
