AI Architect Summary We are seeking a visionary AI Architect with 15 to 20 years of professional experience to lead the strategic design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands a deep mastery of modern AI frameworks, including Lang. Chain, Lang.

Graph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to drive innovation in solution delivery. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives, leveraging strong Python proficiency alongside hands-on expertise in Generative AI to architect scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee the end-to-end delivery of sophisticated AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical best practices. Architect robust backend systems utilizing FastAPI, SQL, and Docker to support seamless integration and deployment of AI models. Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies, context management techniques, and autonomous AI agents to enhance system intelligence and user interaction.

Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate Lang. Chain and Lang. Graph frameworks to create dynamic, knowledge-driven applications. Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development cycles while maintaining high code quality and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring a cohesive experience between the AI backend and frontend layers.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI development.

Requirements

Possess 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience within the technology sector, with a significant portion dedicated to AI and software architecture. Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python programming and a proven track record of hands-on development in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI projects. Show deep technical command of AI architecture patterns, specifically including Lang.

Chain, Lang. Graph, and RAG methodologies. Exhibit strong capabilities in API development using FastAPI, database management with SQL, and containerization via Docker. Have extensive experience in crafting effective prompt and context engineering strategies, including the design and deployment of AI agents. Be well-versed in utilizing AI-driven coding assistants to optimize development workflows.

Possess practical experience in frontend development with React to support full-stack AI application delivery.
