Phlebotomist - PRN

The Phlebotomist properly collects and labels specimens utilizing positive patient identification, processes and prepares specimens for transport as needed, produces reports for faxing or delivery as needed, and communicates appropriate information to the health team. The Phlebotomist is responsible for following established organization and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines of the practice.

The Phlebotomist must ensure accurate registration of patients with all required information and may place patient lab orders. The Phlebotomist supports the philosophy and goals of OSS Health.
