Engineer (Business Operations Support System)

In this position, you will : Support pre-sales technical proposals for the enterprise private network BOSS system, as well as technical management during delivery and resolution of key technical issues after-sales. Support interfacing, debugging, and integration between the enterprise private network BOSS system and the main network.

Support business process planning, solution implementation, and delivery of related technical documentation based on the BOSS platform. Coordinate with subcontractors for technical alignment, testing, and acceptance, while driving delivery progress. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years' of project experience with 3 years' of network system management experience Deep understanding of core billing business processes, such as account opening and SIM card issuance Familiar with telecom operators’ CRM and billing system architecture Knowledge of the interaction logic among surrounding systems such as CRM, business analysis systems, settlement systems, and the core network Proficient in daily business processes including service activation, billing integration, and customer work order handling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin When you work: 5 days work 8 hours/day What you enjoy: Discretionary Performance bonus Life insurance Medical insurance Education subsidies Birthday gift Marriage leave Birthday leave Staff discount CMHK is committed to be an equal opportunity employer.
