Dietary Aide

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center is a top-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) seeking a hardworking and dedicated Dietary Aide. SHIFTS : Varies

• 6am to 2pm
• 11am to 7pm
• Weekends mandatory Shift is schedule to change based on facility needs/census Primary responsibilities:
• Prepare items for meals. (desserts/sandwiches/salads and nourishment)
• Help serve food on tray line or from steamtable
• Assemble trays for resident meals.
• General cleaning in the department. (practices safe food handling and proper sanitation procedures)
• Wash dishes/pots.
• Deliver food to units.
• Put deliveries away.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and understand simple directions in English.
• Must be able to read meal tickets and menus.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in the food industry or in a Health Care environment preferred.
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and be a team player. All dietary staff will report to the Director of Food Services and the Dietary Supervisor. Salary:
