As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking passionate individuals who share our vision and are eager to join us in our journey. If you are someone who is passionate about making a difference and is committed to creating a brighter future for our communities, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity at Vibe!
Your Role
Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will help turn Vibe's strategic priorities into action by leading cross-functional projects from initial intake through implementation, stabilization, and closeout. You'll create the structure, transparency, accountability, and momentum teams need to move complex initiatives forward successfully.
You'll serve as the connector between project sponsors, business leaders, subject-matter experts, operational teams, technical resources, and vendors. While business leaders remain accountable for business decisions and outcomes, you'll ensure everyone understands what needs to happen, who owns it, when it's due, and what could stand in the way.
This role is ideal for someone who can bring order to complexity, influence without direct authority, and keep people moving toward a shared goal.
What You'll Do
Lead Projects from Start to Finish Lead cross-functional projects through intake, initiation, planning, execution, implementation, stabilization, and closeout. Partner with project sponsors to establish clear business outcomes, success measures, ownership, and decision authority. Develop project plans, charters, schedules, milestones, dependency maps, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and status reporting based on the complexity of each initiative.
Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, leadership updates, implementation-readiness reviews, and post-project retrospectives. Create Clarity & Accountability Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business project leads, subject-matter experts, operational partners, Enterprise Solutions resources, technical teams, and vendors.
Establish clear owners, expectations, and deadlines for project deliverables. Consistently follow up on commitments and escalate stalled decisions, resource constraints, risks, or missed deadlines when necessary. Maintain proactive communication so stakeholders understand project status, upcoming milestones, responsibilities, risks, and decisions needed.
Manage Risk, Scope & Project Health Monitor project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, and overall project health. Provide clear red, yellow, and green project status reporting and identify when timelines, deliverables, or outcomes are at risk. Identify ownership gaps, resource conflicts, competing priorities, and dependencies that may impact successful delivery.
Protect project scope and governance by identifying work that requires additional evaluation, ownership, or alignment before moving forward. Drive Implementation Readiness Partner with business leaders to ensure appropriate resources, ownership, decision authority, and organizational readiness are in place before major project milestones.
Ensure business teams plan for user acceptance testing, training, procedures, controls, operational readiness, and change activities. Track progress and risks while keeping accountability for business activities with the appropriate business owners. Coordinate vendor activities, deliverables, dependencies, meetings, and escalation paths with Vibe's business and technical stakeholders.
Support Enterprise Visibility & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate project information to support portfolio-level visibility. Surface cross-project conflicts, resource constraints, sequencing concerns, and emerging risks to leadership. At project closeout, evaluate delivery against established objectives with the project sponsor, capture lessons learned, and establish ownership for outstanding items.
Promote consistent project-management practices while scaling governance appropriately based on project complexity, risk, and organizational impact.
What We're Looking For
Education
& Experience Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. PMP certification preferred, though comparable demonstrated project leadership experience may be considered. Three or more years of project management or closely related project-delivery experience preferred. Financial services or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities. Skills & Abilities Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and follow-through. Ability to lead through influence and create accountability without direct reporting authority.
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, leaders, SMEs, vendors, technical partners, and operational teams. Strong judgment when identifying risks, ownership gaps, dependencies, resource constraints, and issues requiring escalation. Ability to translate strategic priorities and business outcomes into practical, executable project plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on solutions that are practical, scalable, and repeatable. Ability to balance forward momentum with appropriate governance, risk management, and organizational readiness. Ability to manage changing priorities while communicating tradeoffs and impacts clearly.
Independent, collaborative, and comfortable building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Why You'll Love It Here You'll help bring some of Vibe's most important strategic initiatives to life, turning ideas and priorities into meaningful results. You'll collaborate with teams and leaders across the organization, giving you the opportunity to understand and influence how Vibe operates.
You'll have the ability to create structure, improve how work gets done, and build project-management practices that make a lasting organizational impact. You'll work on a variety of initiatives, keeping the role dynamic, collaborative, and full of opportunities to learn. You'll be part of a culture that values accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Most importantly, your work will help Vibe execute initiatives that support our mission to elevate community and create opportunity for our team members, members, and communities. Physical Requirements The physical demands described represent those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. While performing this role, the team member may be required to hear, see, talk, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, lift, push, pull, and grasp.
