Window and Door Installation Team Lead

Summertown Metals is looking for a hard-working individual to Lead our Doors & Windows Installation team. This individual needs to be physically fit and not afraid to climb ladders. This is a full-time position which is eligible for benefits that include medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K with a company match, PTO and vacation.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Efficient and quality install of doors and windows per codes Quality work with minimal callbacks Customers feel heard and appreciated Materials readiness: Ensure all necessary tools and materials are loaded ad prepared before heading to each jobsite to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Detailed Documentation: Accurately document punch work and any remaining issues in Builder Trend, including photos and notes for transparency and follow-up Accountability and follow through: Take ownership of assigned punch tasks.

Following through until full completion and communicate any obstacles to supervisors or coordinators Quality and cleanliness standards: Perform repairs and finishing work to high standards. Leave jobsites clean, safe, and ready for final handoff or inspection.
