Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator provides exceptional customer service as the welcoming first point of contact for patients at the RIA Endovascular Clinic. This role supports a positive patient experience by greeting and registering patients, answering a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, assisting with clinic transcription and billing needs, and working across multiple medical systems.
