As a result of this an internal promotion has created a vacancy for an experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Riding House Fitzrovia. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a an individual who is passionate about drinks and customer service with excellent organisational skills including stock management. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers is essential.

We want someone with natural charisma, who will extend warmth to guests and colleagues. You should have experience working in a similar role for a high volume restaurant.
