West. SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : The Float Nurse is responsible for providing patient care to assigned patients in their assigned regions. This may be providing a single visit, completing a referral or admission visit, providing telephone triage, and/or temporarily serving as a “primary nurse” to cover leaves and absences. This position will be cross trained to provide nursing services of individualized care to patients and their families in multiple teams/locations throughout Hope. West. This position also participates in on-call rotation.

Requirements

Must have unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of Colorado Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage Minimum of 1yr experience, preferred in acute care setting Pay & Benefits: Pay: LPN - $29.83-$33.00, RN - $35.03-$40.05, (differentials: $5/hr weekends & $6/hr nights) Premium pay for CHPN/WCC UMR Health Insurance
