Overview

We are looking for a Junior Market Performance Analyst to support commercial performance analysis across multiple regulated and emerging Latin American (LATAM) markets within the Games Global portfolio, including markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. This role supports the analysis of LATAM market dynamics, commercial performance metrics, and competitive positioning, helping the team turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform market share, content performance, and decision-making across the region.

Working closely with Commercial, Regional Games, Product, and Strategy teams, the successful candidate will assist in gathering and organising data and reporting on LATAM markets, providing a strong foundation for growth into a broader market intelligence role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Market Research, Commercial & Regulatory Intelligence Support the monitoring and analysis of market performance across multiple LATAM markets, both regulated and pre-regulation. Help track commercial trends and opportunities specific to the region, escalating notable findings to senior team members.

Assist in evaluating commercial initiatives by compiling data and preparing initial performance summaries for LATAM markets. Help track regulatory developments across LATAM jurisdictions (e.g. Brazil's SPA/Ministry of Finance framework, Coljuegos in Colombia, provincial regulators in Argentina) and gather regulator reports, benchmarks, and public market data.

Support the team in consolidating LATAM commercial and regulatory intelligence into organised, easy-to-use formats. Performance Optimisation Help track key commercial KPIs including game uptake, distribution performance, and revenue trends across LATAM markets. Support the identification of performance gaps by market or sub-region under the guidance of senior analysts.

Assist with data-driven forecasting and strategic planning support tasks for LATAM. Help maintain and organise internal and external datasets, including region-specific sources, used for commercial decision-making. Strategic Evaluation & Reporting Assist in producing performance reports and market intelligence updates on LATAM markets for internal stakeholders.

Help build clear presentations and visualisations that translate LATAM data into commercial insights. Support quarterly market strategy planning for the region through data gathering and preliminary analysis. Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking logs of regulatory developments and market changes across LATAM jurisdictions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams supporting the LATAM region. Provide supporting data and analysis to help inform game roadmaps and commercial initiatives across LATAM markets. Support alignment between strategic planning and regional/local execution across LATAM.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills Some analytical experience or coursework related to the online gaming or a related digital industry (internships or academic projects welcome). Familiarity with tracking or analysing performance metrics, gained through study, internship, or entry-level work. Developing ability to translate data into clear, organised summaries.

Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders, including regional/local teams across LATAM. Interest in and willingness to learn about LATAM regulated and pre-regulated markets (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina). Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued; English proficiency required for cross-regional collaboration.

Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel); familiarity with BI or analytics tools is a plus. Preferred Experience Prior internship, placement, or academic experience related to market research, commercial analytics, or performance strategy within i. Gaming or sports betting, ideally with exposure to LATAM markets, is a plus but not required.
