WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Previous Finance/F&I experience REQUIRED ✅ Proven closing and product presentation skills ✅ Experience structuring deals and working with lenders ✅ Strong understanding of dealership financing and approvals ✅ Ability to maximize F&I opportunities while maintaining an excellent customer experience ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills ✅ Competitive, motivated, and results-driven attitude ✅ Willingness to learn, train, and continuously improve ✅ Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced dealership environment What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence Stay on top of all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications Connect with customers to discuss financing options, insurance products, and other services.

Demonstrate strong selling skills through proper menu presentations. Overcome objections during the sales process with resourceful skills. Process credit applications and secure financing for vehicle purchases. Offer vehicle financing and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle sales and finance. Maintain a consistent relationship with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department. 🏍️ POWERSPORTS EXPERIENCE? HUGE PLUS! Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS Ability to meet deadlines Minimum 5+ motorsports industry experience. Additionally, the ability to manage and motivate salespeople is necessary. Required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction. Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Management personnel require strong, excellent verbal & communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendor. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.

Expert software skills including MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in business, mathematics, & marketing. Ability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.
