YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join Capgemini Portugal’s Data & AI consulting team. In this role you will be responsible for: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics consulting projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.

Lead initiatives across the full BI and Analytics project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including BI consultants, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Developers. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Oversee data modelling, reporting, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

At least 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or related fields. Proven experience managing consulting projects and client engagements. Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end BI and Analytics solutions. Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics principles.

Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar . Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and Analytics ecosystems. Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms is highly desirable. Strong track record of stakeholder management at both operational and executive levels.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
