Lead Worker

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma & North Texas, Inc. JOB POSTING Department: Retail Location: Chickasha Position: Lead Worker Status: Full-time Rate of Pay: Based on Experience Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations, production, and other needed performance; to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

May involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.

Qualifications

Punctual and goal oriented, with excellent communication skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Knowledgeable about fashionable clothing and desirable collectibles. Experience as a supervisor preferred, but will train the right person. Valid driver license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Closing Date: When position is filled.
