Manager of Talent Acquisition

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and strengthen a global recruitment function, combining hands-on recruiting expertise with people leadership and operational strategy.

This player-coach role involves personally closing key positions while coaching a small team of recruiters to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. You will use data, forecasting, and performance metrics to improve recruitment efficiency, predict hiring needs, and align talent strategies with business priorities.
