Quality Control Specialist

The QC Specialist position is multifaceted, and diversified, in its scope.  Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for maintaining highest quality service delivery in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Apply quality oversight principles to problems of service delivery by staff, usually under the direction and in compliance with contract specifications.

May study efficiency and quality of job tasks and method, and speed involved in performance of services, maintenance, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard of quality services delivery of maintenance and operations services or improving efficiency.
