Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care while maintaining patient dignity, respect, and individual well-being. Guide, supervise, and support care staff to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. Maintain compliance with established clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and organisational policies. Participate in clinical audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid and active NMBI PIN. Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to older people. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts according to organisational requirements.
