Automotive Service Writer

At Coughlin Ford of Circleville, we're currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our location.

Responsibilities:

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance and advises customers on necessary and recommended services

• Offers additional services and repairs to customers

• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs

• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer

• Schedules appointments with customer

• Meets dealership's standards for repair and order production

• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards

• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area

• Participates in required training

• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations and complies with Company policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• previous experience in automotive or customer service industries

• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

• Organized and friendly personality

• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles

• Professional personal appearance

• Team oriented and self-motivated

• Able to work with little supervision

• Clean driving record
