Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

📍 Office Location Office 120 – St. Louis Metro Report To Office: 12460 St Charles Rock Road Bridgeton, MO 63044 Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois. Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area Experience: No roofing experience required As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach. Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training. Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work. Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.

Manage customer relationships throughout the project. Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. We'll teach you the roofing industry.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment as needed Ability to work a Full-Time schedule This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
