Maintenance Technician II (Agave/1494)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at Agave, a 58-unit affordable housing property in Altadena, CA. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have basic computer skills.

Salary range: $26.25 - $38.55 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $26.25 - $32.55 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
