JOB DUTIES Take care of customer, whether it be contractor or after sale customer Repair vehicle properly and with safe techniques Vehicle inspection against industry accepted standards Minor shop duties (clean up, trash) Maintain a tidy work area POSITION REQUIREMENTS High school Diploma/GED Vocational/Technical/Business School Diagnostic Training Knowledge of product Repair skills Problem solving Basic computer skills CHARACTERISTICS Honesty & Integrity in all matters Customer Service Focused Excellent Communication skills Problem Solver Strong Technical Aptitude Up-to-date Technologically Solid work ethic Organized Qualifications: SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS No supervisory responsibility Tasks are multiple and diverse with some interrelationship across processes. Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems.
